The numbers behind what changed. Three engagements, three different problems, the same approach.

Every large project became a rescue mission

Full Transformation

HelloWorld was a 350-person digital marketing agency running on adrenaline. Large projects shipped, but only because senior people dropped everything to rescue them. The delivery model was department-siloed and handoff-heavy. Talented people were burning out, and the agency was growing despite its process, not because of it.

We installed the full Workstream Program across all five offices over six months: cross-functional pods, redesigned delivery rituals, new roles. The rescue culture disappeared because the conditions that created it disappeared.

[Jack and his team] transformed our organization, and I consider this to have been a watershed for the agency. Processes and methods were improved dramatically.

AI tools everywhere, nothing actually changing

AI Transformation

A global holding company agency had deployed AI tools across its European automotive account, but the work wasn’t getting faster or cheaper. The tools were layered onto the existing process, which meant the same handoffs, the same approvals, the same timeline. AI was a line item, not a transformation.

We restructured the workflow around what AI could actually collapse: drafting, assembly, versioning. The human work shifted upstream, into strategy and client interpretation. A 12-to-14-month production cycle ran in under five.

Our new process ran so smoothly that the client asked us to extend it to their other markets.

Every client relationship lived in one person’s head

Client Value Transformation

A 35-person HubSpot agency serving credit unions had grown from a scrappy startup into a real firm, but the client model hadn’t grown with it. Every relationship ran through one account lead who held the context, the history, and the trust. When that person was busy, the client felt abandoned. When that person left, the relationship walked out with them.

We restructured how the agency held client knowledge and delivered value: shared context, team-based ownership, regular cadence. The goal was a firm that knew its clients institutionally, not just personally.

Jack helped us see that what we thought was a people problem was actually a structural one. Once we changed how information moved, everything else followed.

Campaign US once called me “The Fixer.” I’ll take it, with one caveat: the fixes that last are the ones your team makes. The best compliment I get is the one on this page: help no longer wanted.
